To access submission scoring from anywhere on the site, go to the Judging History page, accessible through the dashboard or the dashboard drop-down menu. Click on “Edit” next to the submission you want to score.
Click on “Submission” to view the submission material. A box will drop down to display the submission material and files.
Click on the file links to download the Executive Summary and Economic Development Proposal. They will automatically download to the “Downloads” folder on your computer.
After carefully reviewing these documents, you can begin scoring. To score, move to the “Judging Criterion #1” on the page. Read the paragraph in the black box to see what to score by.
Click on the bubble on the rating bar and drag it to the appropriate score based on how well their documents applied to the specifications in the box above.
In the text box at the bottom of the page, explain your score and provide feedback to the participant with a minimum of 50 characters.
A score and feedback are required for each scoring section in order to finish scoring the submission.
When you are done with the “Judging Criterion #1,” click “Save” and then “Next.” This will bring up the next Judging Criterion.
Follow the same procedure with the following judging sections.
Whenever you want to return to the judging overview page, click “Judging Overview” next to “Save”.
